Case Studies Workshops - Implemntation and Refining Skills

Attendees will have completed previous workshops on implicit bias and crucial conversations with Dr. Wornum. In this 6-hour total workshop, participants will review and practice the skills needed to address racial microaggressions. Participants will be given several case studies and asked to employ the strategies learned in previous sessions. The facilitator will work with participants to develop and refine the skills need to effectively address the issues that impede learning. These are working sessions.
Developing Core Values

Our process involves a workshop where participants will actively engage in discussions and exercises to identify and articulate their values. Following this, I will facilitate sessions to refine these values into a working document that can be implemented within your district. Participants will also receive materials that can be used for further development with their staff. Core values are essential for guiding behavior and decision-making within a school district. They shape identity and drive actions.
Coaching and Leadership Development

The sessions will allow for leaders to share current problems of practice, raise questions in real time, and gain perspective and support. The sessions are designed to help leaders develop progressive strategies. These confidential sessions are designed to give leaders the space and support to discuss and strategize how best to move a district/organization forward; by increasing professional development that will aid in creating responsible global citizens. The leader will learn new strategies and discuss problems of practice in real time.
