In today’s diverse educational and organizational landscapes, cultural proficiency is not just a skill—it’s a necessity. This interactive online course is designed to equip educators, leaders, supervisors, and coaches with a deep understanding of cultural proficiency theory and its practical, real-world applications. Participants will explore the foundational concepts of cultural proficiency and engage with proven strategies to identify and counteract microaggressions and other barriers to learning and growth. Course Schedule Synchronous Online Sessions 6:00 pm – 7:30 pm Monday, October 6 Tuesday, October 14 Monday, October 20 Monday, October 27 Monday, November 3 Monday, November 10 Tuesday, November 18 Course Fee Tuition: $825 (includes all materials) Professional Development Points (PDPs): 375 PDPs awarded upon completion PDPs fulfill elective recertification requirements Graduate Credit Option For an additional $325, participants may earn 3 graduate credits from Bridgewater State University.
