Service Description
This interactive, practice-focused course equips educators with the knowledge, language, and real-time strategies needed to recognize and interrupt racial microaggressions without damaging trust or relationships. Participants learn how to respond with confidence and compassion while strengthening connection, psychological safety, and student belonging. Participants will: Deepen their understanding of cultural proficiency, modern racism, implicit bias, and racial microaggressions in school settings Learn and practice effective strategies to interrupt microaggressions in real time while preserving relationships Engage in collaborative problem-solving around real-world classroom and school-based scenarios
